I have concerns about the latest outbreak of coronavirus in China, where can I find more information?

ARTC continues to monitor the coronavirus/COVID-19 situation closely. Ensuring the safety of all exhibitors and visitors to our events is our top priority, and we will keep all attendees fully informed of any developments.

There are no attendees to ARTC registered from China or Hong Kong. Meanwhile, we strongly recommend you follow your own country’s advice on travel before starting your journey to ARTC.

In 2020, ARTC & Asian Downstream Summit, two leading events, will come together, for the first time ever, making this the single largest gathering of refining and petrochemical leadership in Asia.

The event is expected to attract 1,500 attendees, 150+ speakers, 50+ sponsors and exhibitors, and over 17 hours of content

The event is 70% full at this stage, with only limited sponsorship & exhibition opportunities available. Sponsoring and exhibiting at ARTC is a powerful way to increase brand visibility and thought leadership at a key gathering of industry leaders.

Q6. Are speaking opportunities still available?
 
Due to popular demand for speaking slots, limited speaking opportunities are available. Please submit your abstract to us at InfoAsia@clarionevents.com. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by Advisory committee. Abstract submission deadline is strictly 13th March 2020. Case studies from buyers are prioritized.

Q8. Where can I register to visit and attend ARTC 2020?

Register online HERE to purchase your delegate ticket and fast track your entry into ARTC 2020. 
 
At this stage, we are not open for “visitors” to visit the exhibition. The Exhibition is open to all paid conference delegates and attendees of Singapore International Energy Week events, including partner events.
 
Q9. Who is able to register for the ARTC conference?
 
The ARTC conference is open to attendees from all the major NOCs, IOCs, integrated oil companies, EPC contractors, catalyst manufacturers, storage terminals, project developers, consultants, financiers, technology providers, digital & software vendors, retailers and service companies all of whom play an active role in the global downstream oil & gas value chain.
 
Q10. How will I be informed that my registration has been processed?

You will receive an email confirming your participation at ARTC and co-located ADS 2020 after you have completed the online registration. Your registration will give you access to both conferences and all event tracks (excluding invite-only events). You will also have full free access to the shared exhibition space, networking platform MATCH and all networking breaks.
 
Please bring a copy of the registration confirmation email with you in order to collect your badge onsite.
 
Q11. What is MATCH and as a delegate, can I have access to MATCH?
 
MATCH enhances your event experience by helping you to connect with the other event attendees who are relevant to you for private networking opportunities. It is provided at complimentary for your use, as part of your participation at the event. All registered event attendees will get access to this service few weeks prior to the event.
The dedicated high-profile networking programme enables conference delegates, exhibitors and VIPs to exclusively search, connect and meet during the event.
 
Q12. Can I get a VIP pass to the conference?
