Paul Kennedy

Paul Kennedy is VP Asia with Solomon Associates where he leads business development in Asia.  He is an experienced consultant who also supports management and execution of benchmarking and consulting projects within Asia.  Prior to joining Solomon in 2011, Paul held Executive and Senior Vice President positions for Asia Consulting at KBC for 6 years, during which time he led significant growth in Asia-based resources and operations revenue.

Prior to that, he managed and executed numerous consultancy assignments including refinery performance analysis, opportunity identification and implementation, process design, planning and simulation. Paul also spent 5 years managing on-site implementation and continuing improvement projects. He has over 30 years experience in the oil refining industry, and over 20 years working experience in Asia with a particular focus on South East Asia, China, and Japan. Prior to 1990, he worked for Amoco as a Process Engineer at their UK refinery in planning and scheduling, partner allocations, advanced process control, unit operation, and technical services.

He graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Loughborough, England.
